The year 2024 is a year of transition for our family.

In February, we moved our two little ones from Arvada, CO, to Woodstock, IL.

Renovations are already underway at our new home, and we’re expecting Baby #3 in October. I have never taken a proper maternity leave, so I plan to make this one count so I can soak up all of the baby cuddles I can, while prioritizing my family and our health.

For these reasons, I have created a client waitlist, and will respond to new client inquiries in January 2025 on a first-come, first-served basis.

Determine which option suits your needs and budget best below:

  • Room Reinvigoration

    Frequency: One client per month

    To Reserve: Select the date that works best for you, and book your appointment through Session. A 50% deposit is required to book your Room Reinvigoration package. The final 50% is due 72 hours prior to your meeting.

    The Deets: With a Room Reinvigoration package, you will receive a virtual walkthrough, during which time, you communicate your trouble spots, questions, and your intention for the space. Nest Out West will request detailed measurements of the room for planning purposes. This ensures that the selections will not only be perfect for your taste and the always-changing trends, but also for the size and scale of your space.

    You’ll Receive:

    • One-hour walkthrough

    • Purchasing guide with links to recommended products and notes on how to incorporate them

    • Concept board showing how all of the recommended products look when styled together in a space

    • One follow-up virtual meeting or phone call, up to one hour

    • One round of revisions

    What I need from YOU in order to do a great job:

    • Photos of the space (naturally lit, full room, multiple angles)

    • Links to your Pinterest boards so I can get a better feel for your style

    • Detailed measurements of the space

    • 50% Deposit required to book, and 50% balance due 72 hours prior to initial meeting

    • Clear, friendly communication and trust :)

    The Fine Print: Reservations that cancel within 30 days of the scheduled appointment will not receive a refund. Please be mindful of this when booking, and select a date when you know you will be ready to work together. Example: In the past, clients have selected a Room Reinvigoration date thinking they’ll be in their new home in time to begin, then find that they need to cancel because they haven’t moved yet. Also, if I feel a client is not a fit (poor communication skills, harsh or unfriendly tone, out of touch with expectations, etc.), I reserve the right to cancel the booking and provide a 50% refund.

  • Virtual Consultation

    Frequency: Four to eight sessions are available each month

    To Reserve: Select the date that works best for you, then book your appointment through Session. The full deposit is required to book your Virtual Consultation.

    The Deets: With a Virtual Consultation, you will select a date and time to schedule a virtual walkthrough. With this, you are not limited to one room or space in your home; rather, this hour is intended to tackle all of your trouble spots and answer whatever design questions you have throughout your home. Please turn off all artificial lighting if possible (your device’s camera will usually automatically adjust to the light, but lamps and overhead lighting alters the way color is translated on screen). Note that if you want a whole room designed and you would like to have products selected for you based on the size and scale of the space, that is something that usually takes more than one hour to tackle, so a Room Reinvigoration or additional follow-up Virtual Consultations would be recommended.

    You’ll Receive:

    • One-hour walkthrough of your space or multiple spaces

    • Links that are referenced during conversation to recommended products

    • One follow-up email (limited to a one-hour reply time)

    What I need from YOU in order to do a great job:

    • Full deposit required to book

    • Clear, friendly communication

    • You should have a good idea of what you like and know how to convey that to me (okay if we share screens and you show me your Pinterest feed)

    • Have your tape measure ready

    The Fine Print: Reservations that cancel within 10 days of the scheduled appointment will not receive a refund.

  • Shop Curated Spaces

    Frequency: Whenever, at your convenience!

    No Reservation Required—Follow @nest.out.west in the shopLTK app, and you’ll have access to curated spaces, recommended products, products I’ve used in my clients’ homes, and products I have styled in my own home! I receive a small commission when you buy products through my shopLTK feed, but there is no additional cost to you (the brand pays that out of their ad budget as a thank-you for the referral).

    My team and I put a lot of time and effort into sourcing great products that won’t break the bank and that I would style in my own home and in clients’ homes, and income from sales commissions helps pay the bills and support my family.
